1. Course Description
The AI-Native Engineering Leadership Cohort is a 6-week training programme for senior engineering leaders, including:
- Weekly live workshops and implementation labs
- Self-paced video content
- Small group coaching sessions
- Course materials, templates, and frameworks
- Alumni community access
- AI-Native Transformation Leader Certification upon completion

2. Participation Fee
Standard fee: €10,000 per participant (excluding VAT)
Team discount: Available for multiple participants from the same organisation. Please get in touch for more details.
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date, prior to course start.
3. Acceptance
By paying the invoice, you accept these Terms of Participation. For consumers (individuals not acting in professional capacity): you may also be asked to confirm acceptance via registration form.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the programme after completing the first week, you may request a full refund. To claim:
- Notify us in writing within 7 days after the first week ends
- Refund will be processed within 14 days
After the first week, no refunds are available.
5. Consumer Withdrawal Right (B2C only)
If you are a consumer (individual not acting for business purposes), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of payment without giving any reason.
Exception: If the course starts within the 14-day withdrawal period and you participate in any live session or access course materials, you waive your withdrawal right by beginning participation.

6. Cancellation by Participant
- Before course start: Full refund minus €500 administration fee
- After course start: Subject to satisfaction guarantee (Section 4) or no refund
You may transfer your spot to a colleague from your organisation at no cost, with prior written notice.
7. Cancellation by Provider
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the cohort if minimum enrollment is not met. In such case, you will receive a full refund or may transfer to a future cohort.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, recordings, templates, and frameworks remain the property of Endgame Agency B.V. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own professional development and within your organisation.
You may not:
- Redistribute or resell course materials
- Record live sessions without permission
- Use materials to create competing training programmes
9. Confidentiality
Discussions during coaching sessions and peer reviews may include confidential business information from other participants. You agree to keep such information confidential and not use it outside the programme context.
10. Liability
For business participants (B2B): Our total liability is limited to the participation fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
For consumers (B2C): Statutory consumer protections apply. This limitation does not affect your mandatory legal rights.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the district court of Amsterdam.
